Very Good Place to Stay for the Cost - but construction noise

We were traveling with our 2.5 year old son and it was perfect. Very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely fit a family of 4 very well. The kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer worked really well (they provided a lot of detergent pods). The community BBQ was a hit! It was great to have the lanai and the option to close the doors off so if the kiddo was napping, we could still function. There were many towels provided esp beach towels which were much appreciated. Some cons - you are on the 7th floor so you do get a lot of street noise that can start in the early morning. Also, they are building the Ritz' 2nd tower right across the street. It's loud. Kinda cool for the kiddo to watch but it's a lot of noise if you are there during the week and they start at 7 am. Plus, it's not very pretty to look at. The pool is right below the window which is fun and you can see how busy it is before you go down. Kiddo loved the pool and it was almost always empty of other swimmers. The TV remotes need new batteries - minor detail, but we think other tenants might have switched batteries bc only 1/4 remotes worked. There is only a shower in the unit, no tub which I wasn't aware of or didn't read the complete description. The AC unit was much appreciated and worked quickly. Lots of natural light. The internet worked well. The main door squeaked and squawked a lot. The parking space was perfect in the fact that it's included in the rental cost; it is on the top floor of the building but its close to the elevator. There are not many restaurants super close by but a 15 minute walk with a toddler. Location is pretty good for the area and a bit more secluded than areas just 4-5 blocks away. Very secure building which was nice. Not many views to expect from this facility. Very happy we stayed here vs. the busy streets closer to Waikiki Beach.

We were able to get in immediately on arrival, and a rep from the company met us shortly after to review the property. He was very friendly and gave us his contact details in case there were any problems, which there weren't. Anything you might require (e.g. cookware, laundry, linens including beach towels) was provided. We stayed for a month and had a very enjoyable, relaxing time.

The property manager Paul was very helpful and obliging, kindly allowing us access earlier the day we arrived as the property was fortunately vacant, so we didn't have to wait for several hours till check in time. ABC shop for groceries and other shops located a couple of minutes away. The pool and spa were great. Highly recommended and would definitely book again

The full kitchen allowed a family of 4 to cook some meals at home. Everything needed was within walking distance. There is construction across the street but it didn't bother us. It was really comfortable to stay.This room had plenty of kitchenware and extra blankets,towels, etc if needed.And the location was great. Easy to get the Waikiki shopping district. It had plenty of appliances/kitchenware and extra blankets,towels, etc if needed. It is walking distance to the Waikiki shopping district. The AC, W/D, free parking and WiFi were all great amenities. The only cons are that the hallway, elevator and the apartment door across from us seemed run down. But once you open the door to the apartment, it's pretty nice. Also, the sofa pullout bed is old and not comfy to sleep in since it dips in the middle of the mattress. Overall, it is worth the price!

Meeting the manager was very smooth, apt large and spacious and was really relaxing. My only suggestion would be to have some large beach towels available in apt along with some basic kitchen items for arrival - tea/sugar/coffee/filters - just a few to make it really welcoming.

There are many busses. The apartment was very comfortable, and the kitchen was easy to use. I could have used a taller reading lamp on the right side of the couch (as you look at it), but that's not critical. My not-easy-to-please wife says "excellent", and I agree.

The building is really well maintained and there is a guard at the front of the hotel. The condo is really clean and nice! The only negative point was that, since we were four, my two teenagers had to sleep on the sofabed in the livingroom but it was really unconfortable: our daughter slept with us (!!!) in the king bed and my son slept on the floor using the sofabed cushions! The wifi works well.Thank you!

June C. from Delta, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 30 days in February, 2013 We found our apartment, #702, left a lot to be desired for the price we were charged. The rug had obviously not been cleaned in a very long while with huge stains on it, a couple of which we cleaned ourselves. In our correspondence we had repeatedly requested twin beds but had to locate the sheets, spreads etc to convert from queen - one of the pillows was disgustingly covered in drool stains and needed 2 pillowcases to cover them.The bathroom has mould and was so small that if we had been 15 lbs heavier we would have been unable to get into the tub or access the toilet. All together, we were very disappointed to pay the second highest rent in the building to be met with these conditions. In fact as we left it cleaner than upon our arrival,we find it ironical that we paid a cleaning fee of $135 up front. Incidentally we feel that an adjustment for that should be made to us.I'm sorry that this is such a negative review but hope that it will somehow benefit future tenants.As stated in the questionaire above, the building and its amenities were very satisfactory, it was our apartment that fell far short of expectations.

The complex was extremely clean, had lots of nice amenities, and was in a good central location a few blocks from the store, the beach, and all of the fun activities Honolulu has to offer.

The view isn't great, but there are lots of windows and it is very bright. It has all the amenities. It wouldn't be great for more than two adults because of the bathroom setup...the tub and toilet are behind a sliding door (very tight space), and the sink/counter/mirror is right out in the open in the bedroom area. Be prepared to walk alot, it's on the far end of Waikiki from the Zoo. The carpet and bedspread are dated, and the bed is quite hard, but it's good value on the whole.

This rental was the most spacious and well appointed. Full kitchen, good bed linens and plush towels. Friends who were staying in $250+/night hotel had better view but less than 1/4 the space and had to pay for parking and internet.
