This 1 bedroom + den, 2 bathroom condo located in Whistler?s Benchlands is slope side Blackcomb Mountain accommodation with extras. Ski-in, ski-out, featuring in-complex outdoor heated pool, hot-tub, exercise room and saunas. The unit is comprised of a queen size Master bedroom with ensuite, and a second ?den? (bedroom without windows) equipped with two twin sized beds. A full kitchen, dining and living area complete the layout. Other in-unit amenities include gas fireplace, balcony, and laundry facilities. Secure underground parking and ski storage included. Rate Base: 4 guests. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Very convenient to ski in or out. It's a bit away from the main village to walk for us, so we drove in each time in about 6 or 7 min. Loved the hot tub. I would sTay there again.

Stayed for 7 days in January, 2016 We stayed here for 1 week in February and the ski in - ski out location was wonderful.The only issues that I had were:1. The WiFi was terrible to non-existent and when I reported it, I was told that I had to call the IT company and test the signal for them.2. The fan in the second bathroom ran continuously, the switch to turn it on or off did not work.

Stayed for 6 days in December, 2015 Great location with ski in/out, good facilities, great communal hot tub/heated pool, quiet location and only 15 min walk to the village. Because it is a bottom floor unit, the unit above was quite noisy in the morning stomping around in ski boots. Good kitchen facilities.

This was the fourth unit in this building i have stayed in, and actually friends of mine had stayed in this unit on a previous trip so I was familiar with what to expect. The unit compares well to other units in Woodrun. One thing that could be improved is the lighting both in the master bedroom and the living room. The living room in particular needs a better light near the window/sofa.

The vacuum was completely useless, and a call to the manager didn't result in any response. The dryer door is held shut with a pair of add-on magnets. Pool/hot tub and location are great.

It was the perfect ski in/out location with the hill only 20 feet from the back door of the lodge. A short walk down the hill to the restaurants and pubs.

Our Room was a nice size, clean and tidy and everything worked but the sheets and undersheet stunk of linament. Dencorub or something similar. Property changed the sheets immediately when we notified them. The building needs a touch up. One lift of two was out of order for the week and the pool was having some heating problems but generally a good clean facility in great location and reasonably priced for where it is.

Hot tubbing in the middle of the ski day was too wonderful. Everything was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer added to our comfort, as the snowy days and warm temps left us soaked at the end of the day. Easy walk into the village. We would highly recommend Woodrun Lodge to anyone considering a Whistler vacation!

This resulted in us standing around in the cold after midnight for sometime until someone turned up and let us in - not an auspicous start. On asking reception the next morning what happenned - we were curtly told it was not their fault as no one had told them! We then queried the management company, Peak to Green Accommodations, who said we will get back to you, which they have yet to do, 10 days later.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. Totally unfair to the management company. Peak to Green contracts the Woodrun to give out guest access cards. They were contacted and they confirmed that access cards were to be left in a lock box with a code. The code and access info were confirmed by the Woodrun to Peak to Green and PGA forwarded the access info to the guest. Unfortunately, the Woodrun forgot to put the access cards in the lock box. Thankfully, there is always a back up in these situations and the security company came and let the guests in. It was my understanding that this was all explained to the guests. To be fair, this is the first time that the system has failed and other than a short wait, I do not believe any harm came to anyone. manager.

There were 5 of us staying in the room. Three of us had been skiing all day and upon arrival at the hotel in the afternoon, asked if our parents had already checked in, and if so, what was our room number so we could go up to the room. Reception could not tell us whether they had already checked in or not (which seemed odd) so they proceeded to check us in. Fortunately our parents came to the lobby at the same time and told us they'd already checked in. That evening, we had an outside call from someone asking if we had arrived and had we checked-in yet. We were told that we needed to go down the road to check-in, even though we had already done so at the front desk. This was very confusing for us and inconvenient having to check in twice, at two different property locations. My suggestion would be to coordinate internal procedures so that guests only had to check-in once and at one place. If this is not possible, ensure guests are aware of where they also need to go, during check-in at Woodrun, as this was unknown to us. Otherwise, the front desk staff were helpful and polite, the location of the resort was fantastic, and the room was more than we expected. Oh and we LOVED the outdoor hot tub. One suggestion would be to clearly mark on the room phones, what number to call for Reception assistance... I couldnt see this.I also think it's great that you allowed 2 night bookings over the Christmas period. Not everyone has a week to spend (or afford) at Whistler and with our family visiting from overseas, we were grateful to find a property that would allow us a 2 night stay over Christmas - thanks for your flexibility and competitive approach on this.Thank you!

Room was large, clean and everything was in good working condition. Reception staff and check-in was fast efficient and staff extremely polite and helpful. Would definite recommend this rental and will definite return here on next Whistler visit

Condo interior a little dated but still very practical. Ski-in/out is always very nice, it does mean an uphill walk from the village though if you miss the gondola to base 2. Excellent facilities at Woodrun - pool, hot-tub & lockers. Would happily stay again.

Great loaction. My husband left 2 days before the rest of us. I left the building at 5:30 am to see him off. When I tried to get back in the front door of the property the key card reader did not work. I was left out "in the cold" for 2 hours. Hope they have it fixed.
