This Apartment at The Alexander is a unique 1 bedroom luxury apartment with King size bed in master bedroom. A comfortable updated apartment with balcony that is accessible from both the bedroom and living room and has southern exposure and sun all day. Queen size sofa sleeper pull out a in living room. Full kitchen with Granite counters all cooking and serving utensils, living room and dining area, well maintained and decorated with magnificent views of the ocean, intracoastal water canal, private golf course, and Miami city skyline.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 4 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.

In the rare event that unexpected maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is consistent in size and value to the unit selected. Disclaimer: We apologize in advance for any inconvenience as renovations of the Alexander exterior facade, upper second pool deck and hallways is expected to continue through the winter of 2019, weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm and on Saturdays there may be some lighter work done.
