1. Check in and check out times Check in time is after 3pm, early check in may be available but not guaranteed.
Check out time is 10am, late checkouts may be requested but can not be guaranteed. Day use of room until 3pm may be available for AUD $150.00. Must be requested at booking.
Should you be arriving prior to our check in time of 3pm and require your apartment to be available for early check in, we suggest you pre register your accommodation (book the night prior to your arrival date) Concierge is available from 6am.
2. Maximum Number of persons Three bedroom - standard rates for up to 6 persons (maximum of 8 persons - additional charges).
3. Confirmation Deposit 100% payment is required to confirm each booking. No confirmation is valid until 100% payment is received.
4. Payment Type Major credit cards accepted. PayPal preferred. Bank transfer accepted on discretion of manager.
5. Credit Card Policy A credit card number must be given as security for the apartment. We will require $300 security bond prior to granting access to apartment.

7. Minimum Night Stays: 5 night minimum stays apply. Except for the following: - where confirmed booking schedules only allow less. - advertised specials
8. Servicing Your apartment is completely self-contained with all linen and toweling. Should you require additional items or an additional servicing you will need to contact the office and an extra fee may be payable. Apartments must be in a comparable state on exit as entry. Exit cleans are compulsory at AUD$100.
9. No Party Policy Melbourne Tower Apartments has a "No Party Policy" and management reserves the right to evict at any time, any guest who disturbs the quiet enjoyment of others.
10. Pets No pets are allowed.
11. Key Returns All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee per key and lock
12. Registration and Check in You will be required to complete standard registration paperwork on arrival and provide credit card details for security of the apartment. Your credit card will only be debited if additional costs incurred are not settled prior to leaving and are not covered by cash security deposit.
13. On arrival
On arrival apartment should be inspected and any issues should be logged by emailing email@example.com immediately. If no issues are received within 12 hours of arrival it is assumed guests accept apartment incoming conditions of apartment to be satisfactory. If issues received, all attempts will be made to rectify issues as soon as possible.
