Very cozy and had everything we needed!! Wish we would've known there were beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn't have to haul ours 12 hours, but still a great time! Beds were uncomfortable, but easy to deal with!

I had never rented a vacation home or anything before. However, the cost was just as low as a hotel with all the privacy of home! Loved having two bedrooms and a kitchen! Would definitely recommend this to others and will definitely stay again next time the family goes to Myrtle Beach!

A perfect post-summer vacation spot

my husband and I know that the summer season in Myrtle Beach is crazy and very crowded, so this year held off our vacation until September. Our stay at Golf Colony 30F was perfect. It is a ground floor, very quiet condo only steps from the pool. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Even tho we brought all our beach gear we choose to just stay at the pool because with only a few exceptions, there was no one else there.Property description was exact. It was clean, outside also well maintained. Everything we needed was only a short drive away. We like the south end because Murrells Inlet is close too. The new Market a Common is just a short drive. A refreshing change from Barefoot Landing which is further north and getting boring.

Residents were not nice and questioned us if we were at the correct pool. they didn't like the kids playing in the pool. Room was ok but not cleaned well. There was dog poo on the side walk where we stayed.

Theresa always does an excellent job with making sure our group is taken care of. She's very thorough and auick to reply. The facitilies and amenities are always top notch. Had 1 small problem...neither of the guest room tv's worked.

There were several washable spots on the comforters , which lead me to believe they aren't washed every time. There were bugs in one bed and dirty pillow cases on the other . Some dishes were dirty, and there was a lot of left over food in the pull out couch. For all the work you have to do before you leave the unit, it was not in the condition I would have liked . Too much work.

This was my 3rd year staying at your resort.... and even though I had several friends who preferred lodging with gorgeous ocean front views, none of them came close in comparison to Golf Colony...Theresa is absolutely awesome in your rental office. Not sure when or IF I've ever received such personable attention. I WOULD NOT TRADE THIS EXPERIENCE FOR ANYTHING!!!! See you guys next year????
