Reviewed by: Mark A. recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2016 Check in was simple. 2 BR condo was nice a clean. Bathroom had been remodeled and was nice. We enjoyed the big covered patio. The 3rd floor condo was a little warm in the daytime, and no AC. But night time was nice with the windows open. It is 2 blocks from Main St, and 1 block to the grocery. Alot of condos have at least some grocery items that have been left by previous tenants (salt, pepper, coffee, cooking oil, etc), but don't expect anything here, except utensils and cookware.
Jerry D. from Fort Wayne, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2016 This property lived up to our expectations. The condo was well maintained and was clean. We have visited Breckenridge on several occasions and were not disappointed with our stay.
Tyler P. from Rockford, Michigan recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2015 Everything was pleasantly as expected. Location was convenient, staff was friendly and the unit was clean. As graduating college students, it was very nice to have an affordable option right in Breckenridge.
Kevin H. from Lynn, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2015 Condo was what we thought it would be. Nice set up but kitchen is real small. The smaller bedroom with the bunkbeds gets extremely hot even with the heat turned all the way down. Coukd definitely use a fan in the condo as well as some humidifiers.
Reviewed by: Ty H. recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2014 The stay went by without any problems. The condo was well furnished and stocked and the location was perfectly central to town. I would stay here again.
A guest from Lincoln, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in May, 2014 My son & I went to Breckenridge to celebrate his college graduation with a week of snowshoeing in the Rockies. The weather was superb (10-20 inches of snow our 1st day there). We made the snow climb up Quandary Peak, as well as other trails in the Breckenridge area. The Alpenrose was a great "base camp" - terrific hot tub (essential after snow climb) and great proximity to grocery store and downtown restaurants. Great condo, great week!
A guest from Memphis, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2014 Fantastic location, able to roll down the hill onto Main Street. The mgmt company was very easy to deal with for late check-in and early check-out.
Excelent accommodation, mor info on parking arrangements please
Oliver C. from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2014 We had an excellent stay and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. Only criticism would be that when we arrived (out of hours) we didn't have enough information about parking arrangements which caused us some stress trying to work out where we could leave our vehicles. Perhaps if a parking permit was provided with the keys and a more comprehensive description of the parking arrangements in the paperwork.
Patrick R. from Madison, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 The condo is in a perfect location, right on the bus line. It has all that you need and a great value for the price. I'd definitely stay there again.
A guest from St Paul, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 Pleasant stay in an economical condo with nice amenities, and located close to Main Street and a free ride bus stop. This was a great condo for my family; me, wife and two children. Not a place to hunker down and nest but good for a place to return to after skiing all day.
Joel H. from West Deptford, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2012 Our entire experience from start to finish was quite satisfying. The property management company responded quickly to any requests or concerns we had. I would definitel recommend them.
Ray M. from westport, m recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2010 We had an excellent stay. Alpine Meadows over booked and we got bumped to a 2br for the same price. - Condo: very clean, spacious, and well equipped for a rental. Flat screen tv, dvd player, and kitchen appliances were all utilized during our stay. Well light, lots of open light, and an awesome view of the ski area from our windows. - Location: close to everything Breckenridge and associated ski areas. Free bus ride to Breck was a plus. - Staff: my companion forgot his cell phone charger and the staff was kind enough to help us in any way possible to keep it charged and useful. - Parking: well plowed lots and shoveled stairs. Ample parking. - Funishings: Couches and beds were incredibly comfortable (again, suprising for a rental) and were a pleasure to enjoy. Also, the jacuzzi tub on the porch was an excellent accent. There was nothing better after an open to close day of skiing than coming back to the condo and hopping into the tub with a cold brewski. Only complaint was that the tub was not the 101*F that the booklet advertised. 98 degrees is still warm considering the outside air, but more would have been better. Overall, this property was awesome and worth the price.
