Stayed for 4 days in December, 2016 If your party has specific needs due to mobility issues or other disability, be sure to ask the rental agent/owner about things like stairs, pet relief area, cleaning procedure after each stay, i.e. clean carpets of any residue from previous pets. Last minute changes to your reservation could negatively impact your experience. We discovered only after we arrived that three flights of stairs were involved, despite discussing layout with rental agent and using Google Earth to look at the property. This posed an insurmountable problem for two of the guests and two of the pets. There was also an unforeseen issue with the TVs. Apparently the rental agent was aware of problems but failed to disclose until after we called (on a Saturday) so that cable did not work in 3 out of 4 rooms. Furnishings were dated and worn. Granted, this was not the condo we chose, but ended up because of the stair issue.Overall, things worked out but still substandard in my opinion

Stayed for 2 days in November, 2016 We stayed in this property a year before, as it provided the basics that we needed, i.e. easy walk in, pet friendly, and 3BR 3 bath.We chose it again, but I was disappointed that some basic improvements had not been made. We are simple people and the basic needs mentioned above were enough to make it a success, but some basic improvements are needed:(1)the ice maker is defective(2)the pots and pans are beyond worn out, where the Teflon is GONE(3)it needs some new TV's in the bedrooms. At least some 32 inch LCD's could be obtained for less than $300 each...not a huge expense to the property owner.(4)there was dust on the walls in the bedroom. I wanted to sneeze just looking at it.(5)Why not 3 bath towels in each bedroom, instead of two? Again, a low cost amenity.I don't mind the dated décor....but it would be nice for some functional things to be improved.

The only issue we had was parking the boat. I called the number provided but got someone not familiar with the property and couldn't help. They had someone from the Maintenance group but they were also unfamiliar with the property and tried to help by looking at a map. It was very difficult the first night since we arrived after dark.

The pool was closed but someone returned my call promptly and directed us to a different one we could use. Our only complaint which is out of your control was the grounds keepers working at 7 in the morning. The location was great aND had wonderful views. We would stay again.
Mike E. from Wichita, KS does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2015 The property needs a complete update. Throw out the 1980 Decor. Absolutely needs WIFI. We had family in two other units and ours was definitely the worst. The door knobs stuck horribly. We totally expected to have better access to the water or at least a view of it. We could not cool down the unit during the very hot days. It would have been nice to have some sort of grill. It was quit and we liked being on the ground floor. It was clean and parking was good. We won't go back!

Sofa in Living Room needs to be replaced. Ants were coming in front door to the locked pantry area (probably due to high water on lake). Were able to spray for them.

Stayed for 3 days in July, 2014 Previous guests have mentioned that couch needs to be replaced and wallpaper is peeling off a bathroom wall. As some time past since these issues were noted we assumed they would have been addressed. Wrong! Nothing has been addressed and more needs attention. The couch simply cannot be used. The frame is shot. The blender has been broken at the seal and leaks. Like the couch, it can't be used. A heavy shelf is about to fall of the bathroom wall.The dishwasher is not secured properly and swings out from the bottom. The BBQ grill is shot. The deflector plate has long since rotted away.This condo has a lot of potential but is simply being ignored. There are two broken dinning table chairs in the unit for no apparent reason. There are plenty of other chairs but the broken ones sit. It was clean..That's the end of the complements though. A new couch, BBQ grill, blender and some much needed TLC and this could be something. Very disappointing.

Stayed for 6 days in June, 2013 While we loved the location and actual space of the condo, it hasn't been updated at all since it was first built. the wallpaper in multiple rooms is curling off-in the master bath the "fix" for this is thumbtacks to keep it on! The sofa is so old that practically fall through it. This would be a wonderful place if someone cared enough to give it a new coat of paint, a few new furnishings, and new flooring.
