A guest from Cazenovia, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2016 At first we were very disappointed that we could not stay at the atrium where we originally booked. But construction was not done so we were put in ocean winds. The size was perfect for our party of four and entertaining 3 more in the evening was a perfect fit. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen easy to work in especially when three ever in at once. A+++
Darwin K. from Muncie, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2015 Condo was very nice. Could have used more wash clothes so we didn't have to wash the two provided every day. Newer TVs would have been nice too but overall a nice place & nice stay.
A guest from LEXINGTON, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2014 The condo is a good size which is great for a family. Kids enjoyed having a TV in their room. Was very clean except for dishes/pans which needed rewashing before using.
Phillip M. from Mooresboro, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2014 The house was great, we really enjoyed staying there. We wished their had been more wash towels and wash rags. The cooking utensils was a little sparse but not bad. Overall it was a great experience.
Debbie and Jeff A. from Matthews, North Carolina recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2014 At 1,500 square feet the condo is very spacious. The floor plan flows nicely, with the 2 bedrooms each having their own bath, and the living room/kitchen/dining space being between them for privacy. Both bathrooms have nice sized vanities to store all your stuff and keep the bathrooms neat. The master bedroom suite is wonderful - nice and big (king sized bed) with a huge walk in closet and a wonderful dressing table to sit at while applying make-up and doing your hair. The living room has very comfortable leather furniture. A huge plus is that there is qreat lighting in each room for reading. Other places we've stayed had very dim lighting. The sunroom is very private, overlooking some grass and trees with no homes behind it. It also has comfortable furniture and good lighting, and a table where we enjoyed eating breakfast. There is only one downside to the condo - extremely bright exterior lighting shines in to the master bedroom all night, and when the sun came up I had to put on a sleep mask. Black out shades or vertical blinds like the 2nd bedroom has would be a wonderful improvement. One thing is a little misleading in the property description - "700 yards to the beach". That would be true if you could cut across the golf course (not allowed) and cut through someone's back yard. Still, there are plenty of places to park your car and access the beach. The layout of the 12 condos is genius. None of the condos are side-by-side. There are 3 stories, so at most you would have 1 condo above and 1 below you. We never heard a peep from neighbors the entire week. We would highly recommend this property.
Joy H. from Myrtle Beach, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2014 Even though the property was clean and in a nice area there was a lack of efficient cooking items and surprisingly no paper products, i.e., coffee filters, paper napkins. The glassware was very cloudy and not conducive to using.
A guest from Spring Boro, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 We have rented villas in various locations quite a few times. This villa is the worst we have ever rented. Stained carpet, stained upholstery, shower in master bathroom was moldy and shower door moldy/corroded. We were offered other properties to look @ and they were of a similar condition. Property needs a deep cleaning/update.
A guest from Charleston, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 tiny bars of soap for a week are very skimpy. it would be more like home if a regular bar of soap for the showers were provided. A small issue but important to comfort when vacationing.
