Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2017 Can't say we had one single complaint about the place. It was clean, modern and had an incredible view from the deck. Our group was in town for the PBR Pond Hockey Tournament and the location of the unit was only a short drive from where we were played. The hot tub was a huge hit with our group and a great place to relax after getting worked over on the pond! Would highly recommend.
Nate C. from Garland, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2016 The property was great. Very clean and plenty of space for our group. All the furniture was comfortable and the private hot tub was a nice addition. The only small complaint I have is that we were not provided extra trash bags or toilet paper. However, we did not seek these out from the main office, so we may have been able to go that route to get some.Overall, 10/10 would recommend.
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals Nate, thank you for your review. We absolutely would have brought more to you!
Reviewed by: Darven K. recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2016 This was not the first time we've stayed in this unit. However, it is the first time we've been here in the winter, and that really allows you to appreciate the gas log fireplace and the wonderful hot tub on the deck (with the terrific mountain views!). This unit is well maintained, has a convenient washer/dryer, a basic but nice kitchen and supplies. There is little to complain about regarding this unit but do note it is on 3 levels with bedrooms located above and below the main living level..the steep steps up and down could be a concern for some. Otherwise, the excellent views out the south and east, along with a great deck and available gas grill, and the private hot tub, make this unit very desirable for us.

Sarah M. from Virginia Beach, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2015 Plenty of space, nice with hottub and games downstairs (though the darts are all broken) and easy access from I-70. Good spot for the weekend!
Bill D. from Clifton Park, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2015 The rental office service was excellent. The rental was very nice with the exception of the bedding in the lower level. The bunk beds and pull out beds were very uncomfortable and I had to sleep on the couch. Also, the beds did not have fitted sheets. However, the home was clean and well stocked with the exception that there was no iron.
alan s. from Fort Wayne, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in January, 2015 Really nice condo experience. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the Back porch. the unit was clean and nicely furnished. Would rent again if available
Ricardo C. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2014 My family and I had a lovely Christmas vacation at number 76 Miners Run this year of our lord Two Ought Fourteen. The town home was very well kept and cozy. The view is spectacular and it has a hot tub and garage which we didn't use. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes good views, beds to sleep on and cosby sweater chairs.
Great Place, but the hot tub was broken the first night
A guest from Littleton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2014 I called the day we were going to check in with 2 question...The physical address, and ask if the hot tub would be hot and ready for us. The hot tub was not ready, and didn't get fixed until the second day of a 2 night trip. Also, the first night the wind was howling very hard. It turns out 7 windows on the top two stories (including the bedroom windows) weren't fully closed. Once I shut ours at 4 in the morning it was nice and quiet.
Holly G. from Evergreen, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2014 The condo was great. Plenty of room and space for all of us....and a few more. Kitchen is pretty much fully stocked. The view is beautiful. We truly enjoyed having the private hot tub. We'll most likely go back if the condo is available when we decide to go next year.
A guest from Loveland, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2013 The condo we stayed in was fantastic and beautifully furnished, with a breathtaking view and wonderful amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway! 5 stars all the way!! We will be back!!
Trisha K. from Commerce City, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2013 We had a great weekend at this property! We cooked, watched football, and enjoyed the amazing views! Would definitely recommend. Well furnished, and cozy :-)
A guest from Brighton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2013 Great little get-away with fabulous views of the Rockies in Autumn. Very quiet.Outdoor heater---didn't work.TV on main floor --- no remote available.Everything else was awesome.Thanks.
A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2013 We stayed with 3 adults and 5 kids. The property was in excellent condition, plenty of beds for everyone. We were so impressed with everything: the view, the cleanliness, the gameroom, the jacuzzi. From the pictures we thought the foosball table was in the same room with the bunkbed, but we were delighted to find it was a seperate gameroom with a couch and a sofa sleeper. It has an electronic dart board, none of the darts worked with it, but that was okay, the kids spent lots of time at the foosball table. We would definitely return to this townhome.
Julie E. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 The house was clean and the amenities were wonderful. the staff was professional and courteous and check out was a breeze. that being said we picked a place specifically with a hot tub in the unit to relax. We got there and opened it up and OMG the smell and the water was green. The log on the fridge said it hadn't been serviced since the begging of Feb. Called the call center because at this point it was after hours. Management did have someone there first thing Sat morning to take care of the problem but we couldn't use it until the afternoon. I'm very disappointed because this was one highlight we looked forward to. Again the response was quick but honestly this should have never been an issue. We will visit again but I'm hoping they will take better care in the future and honestly I would have liked to seen some gesture from management for the inconvenience. Let me again say it was clean otherwise, the view was amazing and it was very roomy. Well worth the money if everything had been as it should.
Adam M. from Colby, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2013 Everything was great. The only issues we ran into were that when we arrived the tempture of the residence was set way too high (75degrees in the main level and 82 degrees upstairs). Also with we could have used more towels. Having 9 guests and a hot tub used up the towels quickly. Otherwise fantastic.
A guest from DENVER, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 An awesome condo to come back to after long days playing pond hockey! The only issue we had was with the hot tub, which only worked one out of three nights we spent there. But the folks at Wildernest worked to make sure it got repaired so we at least had it for one night. Other than that, the condo had great views, a well equipped kitchen, ample linen and towels, and a nice warm gas fireplace. I'd go back there anytime.
Mark S. from Lake Angelus, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 Check-in/out was easy and fast. The unit matched its description. It had only a couple very minor maintenance issues. We realy appreciated the hot tub, wifi, tv and the terrific views.
