Great balcony view
Misty A. from Pendleton, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2014 The set up was very functional. In the master bedroom the headboard seemed too loose and would hit the wall when just sitting on it. The carpet in the main area felt like it could use a good steam cleaning. Painting could use some touch ups. Disappointed that some of the must basics were not found; coffee filters, extra trash bags (1 in the main container), no dish soap for sink cleaned dishes, and just 2 packets for the dishwasher. I would possibly stay again but it would be nice to have some of the basics included there that I have always had in a condo stay. I expect to purchase extra toilet paper & even paper towels or napkins but not basic cleaning supplies or basic luxuries.
A guest from Chattanooga, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in September, 2014 This was our first family vacation with a child and we were very pleased with the accomidations. Very convient and easy access to the beach and pier.
Lynne D. from Austin, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2014 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Oats Condominium. It was in a great location and convenient to everything, restaurants, grocery store and shopping if you chose to do so.The unit itself was sufficiently equiped with everything needed for an extended stay. It was very comfortable and not spotless but clean The décor was not fancy but in excellent shape and very comfortable and we loved the beach décor. We enjoyed our vacation immensely. The only suggestions would be for the Rental staff to be more specific with what passes/access codes you DO and DO NOT need, such as the exercise and hot tub room codes and the pool passes, where to dispose of the trash when they send you your information. I did have to call them to obtain this information after we arrived. Overall a big Thumbs UP!!!!Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient for keeping the sand out of your beach towels and swim suits.Next time we'll look for and ocean front condo but the view from this unit was nice as well.
Dorothy T. from Sante Fee, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2014 Very nice, quiet property. Not a fan of carpet (especially on the beach), but the unit was clean and nicely maintained. Seems to be a very family oriented property which was exactly what I was looking for. The staff at "Best Beach Getaways" was extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.
A guest from Vicksburg, MS recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2014 Sea Oats 708 definitely met our needs. The condo was everything we expected. Check in was very easy. Everything listed was available. There were only minor issues (master bedroom ceiling fan was not working and the guest bathroom door did not lock).
Michelle R. from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2014 Had an awesome experience. The condo was definitely better than what we expected and the pool was great for the kids. Condo was spacious, clean, easy access/check-in and has a great view. Thanks for everything!
A guest from Medirie, LA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 Condo was okay. Location wise Sea Oats has a good location but this particular condo has the sea view from the balcony from a side. Overall, everything was old in the condo. The comforters need to be replaced. I would not give those comforters to Goodwill. The property management company was professional and did a good job with reservation.
A guest from bettendorf, IA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2013 The location was great! However when you receive your check in info it says anytime after 4pm. Well that doesn't mean you'll be checking in at 4pm. Also we got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes and called onsite management, no one ever returned my call.
Gariy L. from Troy, Alabama recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in August, 2012 We stay in this condo 13 days. Good location, good appartment. One note only - we had a problem with water flow during last four days and management company did not inform us re. time frame when it would be fixed.
Celeste S. from Sherwood, AR does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 Although the condo was very nice, I was told that it had 2 double beds in the 2nd room. It only had 2 singles. This really inconvienced the 2 married couples. They had to sleep seperately and the other had to sleep on the couch. I asked this company twice about the beds and was told both times that it had 2 doubles. Then the company only gave me a single roll away. I think they should have changed our condo to one that had what they claimed to have. I will go back to the agency I have always used in the past. Because I have gone to Florida since 1981 many people ask me where to stay. I work at a hospital. I refer lots of people. Will not refer to this agency.
