Bruce S. from Pagosa Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in February, 2013 Checked in to a dirty condo- things left in dryer, floors not clean, dried food on utensils, food left in refrig. We demanded ourmoney back. We were offered another condo and accepted. This condo was cleaner but had no pool towels, no placemats nor pot holders, only one kitchen towel, bedroom blanket had yellow spots on it and we had to wash it,light bulbs were burned out, kitchen faucet sprayer hanging down from the faucet. We did not complain about these things but chose to live with them. Also, you should definitely provide a coffee table and/or end table in living room. Staff provided a shaky coffee table for us for our stay and also clean, new duvet cover in master bedroom. The unit itself, if well maintained, is very comfortable. The on-sight staff was very accommodating on check-in day and did try hard to accommodate usso that we would stay. The recreation area wasnice and suited our needs.
A guest from Redmond, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in September, 2012 I was very surprised to find this resort was mostly unoccupied. The building I was in had two other guests...that's it. I very seldom saw anyone else. As for the property...the stairwells were dirty with dead bugs, cobwebs, etc. Obviously no one had swept them in a while. Guessing because it was off season. I also did not like the location at all...nothing close for food or groceries other than a Texaco gas station which closed for the night. My suite also had a spa tub which did not work. I called the front desk my first night there to report the problem, but never got any follow up from them. I figured it was a useless cause since no maintenance staff is on site ad just used the walk-in shower. Another problem was the TV's...all of which were not formatted corectly for HD input. I tried adjusting the pictures to fit the screens, but the problem was the signal. None of the format options fit the display correctly. All channels were chopped off on the sides.Needless to say I will not be staying here on my next visit to St. George. I'm sure a few of the problems could be resolved, but the location does not work for me at all. I actually forfeited my last night and left a day early. I just wasn't happy being there.
Joe K. from Orange, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 I have stayed at Coral Springs once before. I like the units, however this unit the a/c was not working. It was quite hot and the first night was miserable. Then I called maintenance in the morning. When we got back that night I expected the a/c to be working. It was not. So it was disappointing, we were moved to a different unit the that night. I appreciate the help, but was inconvenient.
John K. from Gardena, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 Overall we had a great stay. Everything was new and comfy. The kitchen has everything we need. The bedroom was super comfortable. The location was perfectly in a quiet secluded area and its 30minutes away from zion national park. The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the jacuzzi in the room and at the pool since it doesn't work. The pool has a lot of dead bugs and flies. During our last day we spotted a one dead roach in the room. Oh yea also having to go up and down the stair was tough but I guess its a good work out. :-)
Reviewed by: Blake A. recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2012 My guests were wowed! They just keept saying this is so beautiful! We are so spoiled etc....The only thing that they mentioned for improvement was to add black out curtans in the bedrooms. They mentioned that the bedrooms needed to be darker and more private. They felt that since they could see out, others could see in and it made them a little uncomfortable. Wonderful place and we have already recomended to others!
One of the most bad place during my vacation in USA
Dmitry (booking.com) F. from ak.koroleve 8-1, 472, Moscow does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 Firstly this is not five star hotel.Really this is apartments near the road.Difficult or impossible to find the staff, only nearest gas station can provide you breakfast if you forgot buy food in supermarket which far away.Address of apartments really not right, spent a lot of time to find it.After arrival and checking mail I found letter, that my special price which I got from increased almost double. When I called the manager,he answered that this is not his problem,so I still trying to solve it with
Beautiful condo, love the private deck and nice pool.
Amy A. from Salt Lake City, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2012 Have a fun, relaxing girls weekend. Fell down the slippery steps though, which need tread or some kind of traction. Thanks!
Shea P. from Denton, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2012 Need some lamps in the living area and maybe a couple of night lights for the bathrooms would be nice. We never found the sports equipment to play basketball or tennis. Either need better instructions regarding where it is located or make sure there is some in each unit.
Brand new beautiful condos; still working out kinks
Amy A. from SLC, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2012 We stayed at these beautiful new condos for 4 days over spring break. There was more than enough room for our family of 5 in the 3 bedroom, and the units are beautifully appointed. The only downside, which has probably now been rectified, was that the pool was ice cold because they had to change out the heating system. We were not informed of this in advance, and the pool was one of the primary reasons we visited this location, so that was a major bummer. The location is also very remote. Although it is only a 5 minute drive to metropolitan St. George, you definitely feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere- which could be good or bad! If you are looking for a place where kids could run out to play in the grass or a more 'community' feel, this might not be ideal. Probably better for adults looking for a quiet retreat.
