Exceeded my expectations
Alan S. from Park City, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in November, 2016 Easy to book, very clean with everything you need! Very quiet. I will definitely stay again and again! Very well managed property!
Suzanne V. from Avon, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2016 If I had the chance to stay longer at this resort, I would. It was one of the most relaxing stay that I have ever had. Very quiet. Beautiful and luxurious resort. Feels very homely. Very convient drive to Zion National Park, only 45 mins. Not very far from St. George either. I would recommend this resort to anyone! I will definitely be back again one day !
Mindi C. from Eagle Mountain, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2014 Exceeded our expectations. Our two-bedroom suite (A-3) had all the amenities stated in the description, and then some. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, nice showers, jetted tub, private balcony with an outdoor fireplace. The only challenge was the noise level in the suite directly above us. We could hear little feet running around, stools being scooted across the floor, etc. We had children with us as well, so we weren't overly annoyed by it ... I just think it needs mentioning. It was definitely not enough to take away from our overall positive experience.
A guest from Laval, does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2014 the shower and the kitchen pipes were coroded, alot of noise (air) comming from the appartment above ours....reservation change without notice so we waited for 1h00 to get help and get our room
Toby T. from Meridian, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2014 We had a great time at the vacation rental in St George. It was clean and well kept. Property manager was great and friendly. Would love to come again.
A guest from Holiday, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2014 Nice condo, but very loud. It was like a daycare center. Also, during the night I could here someone snoring in the next unit. I don't think I ever heard someone snoring before in all my travels over 25 years. Walls are paper thin. Furnishing are nice, but location is next a texaco which is next to the freeway.
A guest from Uppland, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2014 Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Coral Springs resort. I would call this a vacation rental though and not a resort. They supply you will basic needs but if you need more soap, toilet paper, paper towels or clean towels, you won't get it. We had to buy more paper towels and toilet paper. There were no facial tissues provided or towels at the bring your own! The property itself was beautiful and overall very nice. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are beautiful. Furnishings and decor were very nice! But I have to say there were a few things that were not cleaned the way they should have been when we arrived. A toilet rim had dried urine on it and the kitchen floor was not cleaned well. It was also not finished being cleaned when we arrived (an hour and a half past check in time.) This was perfect for our family of 5 though! Kids had their own room and bathroom, laundry facilities, big spacious bathrooms and living area. Zion was amazing!
Robert P. from Glen Rock, New Jersey does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2014 There were 3 apartment rented above me to 25 plus people all together. The noise was unbearable! Also the terrace design was less than desirable as the doors to give us privacy were constantly unlocked and people were using our terrace. Also furniture was taken from our terrace so other people could use it. I have photos of people at my bedroom window at 8 am along with miscellaneous items such as toys left on our terrace. I am extremely dissatisfied with your resort and would never stay there again. I would hope that you would consider issuing a refund for my dissatisfaction.
A guest from Las Vegas, NV recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2014 Our family had a great time at Coral Springs. The decor of the condo was lovely. The few things that were off-putting were: 1) the master bath had orange mold in the jets so my wife refused to bathe therein; 2) the pool, workout room, & courts were not adjacent to our condo, so we had to walk a small distance; not a huge deal but it's important that my wife feels comfortable to walk to the workout area at night- a preferred time for her to workout; 3) the condo only had 3 windows so it was a bit dark without natural lighting. Other than that, a good time was had by all.
A guest from Bozeman, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2014 We went to St. George to explore mountain biking as a family. The condo was perfect. Beautiful and comfortable. Pools and hot tub were great. It was perfect! I highly recommend staying there. The developement is out of town which was nice but close enough to find amenities. The mountain biking and trip to Zion were awesome too.
Geanne B. from Acron, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2014 Location convenient to Zion. Accommodations much better than a hotel. Roomy and perfect for a family with teenagers who like a little free space from parents. Amenities - pool, workout facility and tennis courts were a plus.
Stephanie W. from Calgary, ... does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2014 Pros: condo was large and nicely decorated, had washer/dryer, nice pool areaCons: dirty (there were food and wrappers under the couch, couch cushions, beds), kitchen dishes were dirty, most were still in the dish washer (and dirty), pots and utensils provided were extremely minimal (not enough to cook a proper meal) and in very poor condition (rusted, dirty), internet connection was terrible (both for the tv and for wifi), the condo was so hot and we couldn't cool it down (thermostat is fixed so you can't drop the temperature).Overall for this price (it is not cheap!) I expected a much better experience.
A guest from Washington, DC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2013 Property A3 in St. George, UT, could accommodate up to 10 but has only 4 knives. Trash not emptied from trash cans. Shelves in kitchen not cleaned after previous renter. No sturdy hangers in unit. No drawer space in second bedroom although there were two bunk beds which could accommodate 6. Dishes left in dishwasher from previous renter. Sprinkler/fire alarm went off on New Years Day and fire company had to come. No attempt was made to inform renters of what the issue was or whether it was safe to re-enter the building. No directions on use of the TV. Have stayed in the complex previously and loved the location/unit. But this stay we were not so lucky. Would return to the complex but not this unit.
Andrea B. from Lewis, Delaware recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2013 The property is beautiful however the kitchen amenities were greatly lacking. Fortunately we ate most of our meals out. THe noise from the floor above was annoying. The property manager was pleasant and responded to calls about athletic equipment in a pleasant manner. I would go back but request a top floor unit. Parking garage was convenient.
Great Property and Location to Share Fall Weekend with Friends
A guest from West Jordan, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2013 The property was itself was beautiful, great location to nearby attractions without the crowds of St George or Springdale. The suite was well maintained and nicely equipped. We did have some rowdy neighbors upstairs that partied until about 1am, and the downside was there was no management on the property to address the issue with. Over all was a good stay for our family and friends. Everyone was impressed.
Guy H. from Elko, NV recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 It was our frist time staying at the resort we like the room, very clean. We had a great time there went to the lake around that area. We are looking forward for next year at the same time but longer.... see you soon Thanks.
Kelly M. from Kaysville, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in June, 2013 We had a fantastic stay at the Coral Springs resort, it was just off of I15 on the out skirts of St. George which made it very convienent to find and easy access to getting back on the road. The kids loved the pool, I loved the size of the condo (huge) which also has a BBQ grill, which we just had to use and the steaks were to die for, not to mention the rolls (cooked in the oven) and salad. happy family! Happy wife! happy trip!!
A guest from Lake Oswego, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The experience could have been better if more basics were included like pool towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, more hangers,...Master bedroom was great, second bedroom was cramped.
A guest from West jordan, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 The suite was almost perfect. The bathroom was a little dirty, hair and such. Would have been nice to have a bottle opener in the fully furnished kitchen. The art decor was a bit of a hodge podge. The staff was great and receptive to our needs. The pool area was nice.
A guest from Farmington, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in December, 2012 We were very impressed by the spaciousness and beautiful decor. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we appreciated the amenities of the master suite. We had been traveling all day and it was so nice to stop somewhere and have it feel like home.
Marie L. from Mainville, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 Coral Springs Resort was an absolutely beautiful home away from home for our first family vacation together. We brought 2 young children and the memories from our Utah trip will last our lifetime. Our condo was magnificent! Extremely cozy and the kids enjoyed staying at the condo as much as they enjoyed visiting Zion National Park. Utah is very beautiful and the decor and ambiance of Coral Springs captures the experience well.
Emily S. from Lehi, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again. We only have a couple small complaints - if you can call them complaints. Firstly, we were on a west facing property which faced the freeway so our view was of the freeway and when we went out there in the evening it was a bit noisy but nothing that disturbed us once we were inside so I would recommend requesting an east facing property if it is available. Secondly, you check yourself in and out which is fine but it did seem a little strange to just waltz in and out without seeing another human being. It is nice to be welcomed by somebody and assured that if we need anything they are there to help but it wasn't a deal breaker. Over all we loved the place, it was family friendly, the rooms were very big with PLENTY of space for our family of 6 to spread out and enjoy. HIghly recommended.
Joan K. from Chantilly, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in August, 2012 This property was big and beautiful, huge covered deck with awesome fireplace and view of the mountains. Living area with beautiful stone fireplace a flat screen tv. Google tv may throw people off better instructions should be next to the remote for tech challenged folks. Bathrooms are wow factor, full kitchen with stainless appliances, full washers and dryers, King master bedroom clean and comfy. Only downside ... Not your typical rental, nobody at office when we arrived just a note to call, which we did and they happily explained we didn't need a key just a code to get in which was already in our confirmation so don't lose that email!!!! No clocks in unit so use your cell phone to set your wake up call. Second bedroom was a maze of bunkbeds so if you have kids this is great, but if you have a second group of adults a huge disappointment, which we somehow missed. I think they need to set up some units without these bunkbeds otherwise folks like us will be a bit unhappy hoisting adults into the top bunks!
A guest from Pleasant Grove, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 The room was clean, spacious and allowed us to feel private even though there were other people in the rooms next to us. The amenities were great with indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room that was roomy and nice. The location just off and away from the freeway provided close access to many other places but not so close you could hear freeway noise. I have to say that when I first pulled off the freeway and saw where it was I was not as excited because it didn't seem like a great location, but it turned out to be just right. Once we were on location, the grounds were so nice and the rooms were so nice,we felt separated from the surroundings. We loved it.
A guest from Bountiful, UT does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 This was a beautiful room, but the description that it was a 2 bedroom unit that slept 10 was a little actually sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom and 8 (on bunk beds) in the other!
Reviewed by: Roberto G. recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 I always look for properties like this when I travel to events and this time I were not disappointed, the suite was very spacious, clean and well equipped. I recommend it widely.
Robin K. from SLC, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 We can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Coral Springs. It was like staying home away from home even better. The place was beautiful, the pool was delightful and staying in the place was very peaceful. It was like we were the only ones staying there. Super!!!The only thing we had a problem with was our trailer it really wasn't a problem but some one hit it pulling out I feel for the person that hit it they probably had lot a damage to there car. Other then that we had a Wonderful stay at Coral Springs.Thank You again David for the code to get in you are a life saver.Thank You, and have a great day.
