Comfortable with some opportunities

Pros: Spacious enough for our family of 4. Appropriately equipped. Nice, centralized location for visiting all areas of Grand Cayman. Screened patio great for morning lounging.
Opportunities: This complex is mostly residential Caymanians, not sure they are hip to the sharing of their space with tourists. Robert, a resident, was very friendly and helpful. TV sound failed on second to last night (didn't really use it, anyway). Although we placed a note on the car in our designated spot- they never moved it for us (not a big deal). Private beach access to water is guarded by sharp coral. Have to use public beach to have sand access. Compared to most other spots, this area for snorkeling is pretty quiet with sea life.
Biggest disappoint: Only glimpse of a view of ocean from condo. reference the picture of the patio to see the glimpse.
We're not into frills, so this location worked out fine.

Property Manager Response:
Good Morning!
Many thanks for your review and feedback and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall at Moon Kai. We have addressed the issue of parking and hope this is now resolved for all future guests. The condo is advertised as a gardenview unit, so there is only a glimpse of the ocean, but a few short steps and you are right on the sea for snorkeling and fabulous views!
We do hope that you will come and stay with us again in the near future.
All the best,
