If your dream of a mountain getaway is a rustic chalet surrounded by beautiful trees and a fantastic view of the Sierra Mountains, let us introduce you to the Snow House. The architecture is classic Swiss Chalet. The furniture is classic Americana. The living room has plenty of seating along with a wood-burning fireplace. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a rambling loft upstairs, with sleeping for up to six. A centrally located kitchen makes snacking readily accessible, and means the head chef has an easier time of calling everyone to dinner. For your Hot Toddy or cold beer enjoyment purposes, there is a wide and spacious deck facing the woods. The view is breathtaking. In the morning, you can view the sun shining on the Sierra Mountains. Following the snow season, you can take pleasure in a picturesque view of the snow capped Sierra Mountains on a sunny clear day. Yes, nature provides an amazing landscape, and an excellent backdrop for luxuriating in the hot tub, which features fiber optic lighting, while you and your guests swap skiing (snow or water) adventures. To call this home comfortable and inviting is simply an understatement. Just read through the guest book and you’ll find our other guests feel the same way. NOTES: The TV, with DVD and VCR, is located in the living room. There is also a smaller TV with cable upstairs in the loft. There’s a 2-car garage.
