The villa is designed in beautiful Spanish rustic style with all of the comforts of a modern luxury villa including high speed, wireless internet access (WIFI). It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a private heated pool with a custom safety enclosure for young children, central hot and cold air conditioning, and a large covered porch with a summer kitchen and barbeque area. The villa can sleep up to 10 people.

One of the nicest features of the interior of the villa is the spacious and luminous great room with over 5 meter high vaulted ceilings. These high ceilings make the large lounge/diner feel even more spacious than it already is. The exterior of the villa is characterised by a gabled roof with round wooden windows with a beautiful wrought iron design in the centre of each peak, wood beams above each window and rustic brick walls with decorative tiles giving them a creative twist.
