Early/late check in and check out sometimes available.Cancellations/Refunds: We block out our calendar when you book, so we are unable to provide refunds. If we are able to find someone to take your place, we will refund you minus $80 administrative fee. Ask about insurance if you might need to change your mind. Security Deposit: $500. Will be refunded if no extra clean-up is required and there is no damage.
