Our Villa in 3 individual units is located in Oia, a traditional settlement in the northern part of Santorini, 150 meters above the sea level. Small white houses on the rim of the caldera, interspersed by splashes of okra, fuchsia, cobalt blue, oyster pick and earthy red, smooth winding paths interconnect, 79 churches and the most breathtaking sunset makes Oia one of the most desired place to stay in the world.
Built on the highest point of the island, near by the main road & center of Oia, our villas offer you all the comfort that provide a home and plus.
Each unit have their own private entrance and balcony overlooking the volcano and the deep blue see. Each unit can be rented individualy or in combinaison, suitable for family, group of friends or couple, maximum capacity of 8 persons.
Our Villas has been reconstructed completely by using the best materials and keeping always the exterior and interior lines and shapes as close to the old traditional style of Santorini.
On the top of our Villas, a terrace with Jacuzzi(new!) and two sun beds & umbrellas are available for our guests. The private terrace offer a panoramic view of the glorious caldera, volcano, Thirasia and the deep blue Aegean Sea.
Villa Rubis is notable for its red-pink entrance & picturesque courtyard. The villa affords one comfortable open living room with sofa for a third guest and the bedroom next to it. The space has an air of comfort with its high ceiling and the brightness of the entering sunlight. The bathroom is a cave style with Jacuzzi. Outside a courtyard and private balcony with panoramic views of the deep blue see and volcano. Rubis affords one small but well equipped kitchenette, king size bed, safe deposit box, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD & stereo. Sleeps 2-3 guest. Rates low/290, middle/350, high/480.
Villa Tanzanite has a charming bedroom facing the caldera view, a small living room overlooking the caldera with a sofa for a third guest, separate kitchenette and a comfortable cave style bathroom with Jacuzzi. Outside, small but cozy balcony with panoramic view of the deep see and the volcano. Tanzanite affords one small but well equipped kitchenette, king size bed, safe deposit box, air conditioning, satellite TV,DVD & stereo. Sleeps 2 to 3 guests. Rates low/230, middle/300, high 420.
Villa Aqua has its own individual elegance with a cozy bedroom, a small living room with kitchenette and a shower bathroom, which is used to be an old furnace. Outside, next to Rubis, one private balcony with panoramic views of the deep see and the volcano. Aqua affords one small but well equipped kitchenette, king size bed, safe deposit box, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD & stereo. On the top of it are the two traditional shape chimneys. Sleeps 2 guests. Rates low/200, middle/350, high/280.
Notes on accommodations: We offer personalized assistance to all our guests for private tours, weddings, excursions and VIP services.
Coast/Beach: Nearest beach Katharos, 3 kilometres from the bus station, quiet, nice and private with black pebbles and little stones. Ammoudi bay, a small harbour with fishing boats, waterfront taverns and restaurant, can be reached by car, or by walking down the 214 steps. Armeni, a bit further at about 286 steps or by taking a small boat, which departs regularly from Ammoudi on daily basis, worth to see! There are a few rare black sand beaches on Santorini; the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 22 Km from our Villa. Perivolos is also a must, with its sandy sea bottom and stretch of black sand.
Travel: Nearest Port 20km, nearest airport 17km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car. Fira, the capital is 15 kilometres from our villa.
Further details: Oia’s architecture is typical Santorini-Cycladic with small houses sunk deep into the volcanic rock, whitewashed walls and blue domes churches. Considered to be the cultural heart of the island, Oia has many popular Greek art galleries, fashion stores, handicrafts, handmade jewellery and exquisite cuisine.
Oia’s sunset: Oia is one of the most photographed places in Greece and the best known for breathtaking sunsets.
Hiking: Near by our Villa, crossed the popular hiking path that lead to Immerovigli, an other beautiful village of Santorini, 20 mores minutes and you reach Fira town, the Capital of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer unforgettable views of the Caldera.
All rooms are equipped with all amenities plus air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, safety box, telephone, kitchennette and maid services.
The rates are quoted in euro per day, for 2 guests, continental breakfast and all the taxes include.
Extra guest, low/50 euro, middle/60 euro, high/70 euro.
Child rates, low/25 euro, middle/30 euro, high/35 euro.
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12 noon.

Reservation confirmation: For any booking at our Villas, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive at least two night's deposit (25%). Remaining balance is due upon check in, in cash.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation less than 21-30 days prior to the arrival date results in 25% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation less than 15-20 days prior to arrival date result in 50% payment of the entire booking. Within seven 7-14 days prior to the arrival date result in 75% of the entire booking. Non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The one night's deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.
Rates include a bottle of wine and flower upon arrival, maid services and all the taxes.
We offer regular transfer service from/to port/airport at a cost of 40/35 euro for two guests, extra guest, 6 euro per guests. We also offer VIP transfer on request.
