It is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Garden Island of Kauai. Fruit trees (Papaya, Avacado, Coconut, etc.) and flowers (Birds of Paradise, Hibiscus, Halyconia, etc.) are abundant. The beautifully furnished house is open and comfortable for wedding parties and large family groups. Furnishings include multiple TVs, 2 VCRs, a Baby Grand Piano, modern kitchen appliances, Barbeque Grill, and much more. The private, NEW large pool area is great for relaxing in the sun, outdoor entertaining, and the pool slide is popular with kids. There is also a Ping Pong table set up in the garage. Beach items such as beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, ice boxes, and more are available. Prior to making this property available for vacation rentals it was our full-time family residence and is, therefore, fully furnished.Nearby Attractions
Koloa/Poipu Beach Area (2 Miles/5 minute drive), Spouting Horn, 2 Golf Courses (Poipu Bay Golf Course - Home of the PGA Grand Slam, and the Kiahuna Golf Course), Koloa Town. The Poipu Grand Hyatt & the Poipu Sheraton are just a 10 minutes drive away. And the better restaurants (Beach House, Roys, etc) are also close.

A REFUNDABLE $500 Security Deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit is returned 1-2 weeks after the guests have departed the property and the Property Manager has completed her exit inspection.
