1. Chateau Chipmunk - Sleeps 9 Max.
The entire two story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home rents at specific times of the year. Rates: $325 - $349 nt. Minimun 5 nts. No smoking and no pets.

2. Chipmunk Cove - Sleeps 6 Max:
Private, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom downstairs cottage apartment. Locked off from the main house. Rates: $129 nt (one bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps 2) - $249 nt for the entire downstairs cottage.

Minimum Nights: Summer - Five. All other months - Three. In the off season, two nts with a cleaning surcharge is sometimes accepted.

Please Be Advised: We do not rent for one night. We do not rent to singles under the age of 30. We do not allow stag parties. This is a non-smoking home. Please respect our no smoking and no pets policy.

Built with comfort in mind, Chateau Chipmunk is a cozy, elegant, two story, waterfront home with a spacious wrap around balcony, wall to wall windows throughout, large rooms throughout, an enclosed garage and many amenities. Walking distance to town, hiking and biking trails and about a one minute drive to the nearest boat launch park.

Chateau Chipmunk offers guests three spacious, fully furnished bedrooms, including a queen sofa sleeper and three large, full bathrooms. Bathrooms are fully stocked with plenty of towels and some bathroom supplies.

Upstairs: The main level living room is furnished with plenty of comfortable couches and arm chairs. The extra large living room has a flat screen TV, a custom stone fireplace (wood burning) and floor to ceiling windows with wonderful views.

The Blue Room has a double bed. The hall bathroom is quite attractive with a 5' shower and shower chair, pedestal sink, plenty of cabinet space and large vanity counter top.

Prepare wonderful meals in our modern kitchen with natural cherrywood cabinets, a great working island, granite counter tops, floor to ceiling pantry, a double oven and many ammenities. All dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and miscellaneous kitchen ware is provided. The kitchen is well stocked, including plenty of steak knives, bakeware, bowls, etc.

The dining area has a large table with plenty of chairs, large windows on two sides for maximum views and a beverages frig. From the dining / kitchen area guests can walk out onto the large balcony and enjoy wonderful views of the lake and town. The balcony has a propane barbeque, patio table, chairs, and some extra wicker furnishings.

For the warmer months, the property offers a large deck over the water, two boat docks, a boat lift, plenty of chairs and a third barbeque. Guests can use the two kayaks and paddleboat that is shared with Bluff Point Retreat, the next propery over. In progress are a croquette and bocci ball lawn, firepit, and horseshoe pit.

Provided are all towels, sheets and bedding; many bathroom and laundry supplies; two hair dryers; iron and ironing board.

Ammenities include two large soaker tubs/showers with body jets; laundry room; an extra kitchenette on lower level with many counter top appliances; a propane fireplace on the lower level, two televisions (with movies) and a full size refrigerator on each level.

Plenty of parking. Bring your ATVs, Snowmobiles, Motorhome, Boat. The public boat launch park is less than two minutes away.

Guests can rent the self-contained, 1550 sq. ft. lake level unit which boasts two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms with soaker tubs/showers with body jets, large living room, large screen TV (58") with movies, games, propane fireplace, sofa sleeper, a kitchenette with many counter top appliances and ammenities, large refrigerator, microwave and DW, dining table, storage for ski equipment, laundry room and more. Accessible by a private, keyless entry. Enjoy your own, private resort just steps from a beautiful lake with many summer activities.

More Info: Chipmunk Cove is often rented on it's own. When it is rented, the upstairs is not rented and not accessed by anyone except the owners and housekeeper. Chipmunk Cove is a charming, private, lake level unit. The bedrooms, bathroom, and family room are all very spacious and fully furnished.

- Rosewood bedroom: King bed, ensuite, closet, fully furnished with large windows and wonderful views.
- Wild Flowers bedroom: Queen bed, twin, twin, desk and chair and armchair, closet.
- Bathroom 2 is a large hall bathroom with a soaker tub/shower combination with body sprays.
- The family room is quite large, fully furnished and has a double sofa sleeper.
- The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator, DW, MW, large built in butcher block, is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, bowls, etc. Plenty of counter top appliances including an countertop oven with two burners, large electric grill, crockpot, steamer, coffee maker, electric kettle and more. The dining table seats six with the leaf, seats eight.

Walk out to the covered patio with table, chairs and private barbeque. The docks, boat lift, water toys, life jackets, and lawn games are included.
