The villa is set in a small holiday village overlooking the Bay of Porto Taverna in face to Tavolara isle, on the northeast coast of Sardinia. A restaurant is in the beach at 400 metres from the house and 1000 meters away there is the village of Porto S. Paolo with supermarket. For bigger shops and restaurants of any kind, Olbia is at 12 kilometres northbound or S. Teodoro. Olbia is the main city daily connected to the mainland thanks to its international port and airport (20-minute flight from Rome). World-famous "Emerald Coast," with Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo lie about 40 kilometres away northbound. The white and sandy beach of Porto TAverna enjoys the view of Tavolara and Molara islands which are to be discovered for their most lovely beaches and little bays, sometimes not bigger than 400 or 500 yards. You can easily reach them by boat, as a boat rental is available from the beach. If you enjoy lying on the beach you can rent umbrellas and couches and, without going back home, you can have lunch in the beachfront restaurants and have a full day at sea. The house is finely and tastefully furnished with typical Sardinia linens and characteristic pieces of furniture.
