The lower entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park is a short, almost level block walk away. The Rio Del Mar beach is just a few steps further and has a small set of stores, excellent delis and a fine seafood restaurant.

Yard is fenced-in below the deck for your kids and pets, and also stores a couple of bicycles & boogie boards for your use. The bubbling hot tub will be a wonderful treat after playing in the Ocean and there is also an outside shower.
