The apartment is inside a residence and the place is calm. Streets are only an access to the buildings, and car traffic is far away. There's a common garden with a slope and a big courtyard for residence's people. You can park inside the residence in an open private parking spot.
The well-equipped house is at 10 minutes walking from downtown Menaggio, shops, bars, beaches and ferry-boats.
This beautiful area offers many amusements: excursions on the lake and in mountain, visits to the famous nineteenth-century villas, aquatic sports, golf, typical product tasting, many regional restaurants and much more.
