Il Gabbiano
Il Gabbiano is situated in the middle of a wonderful and accurated garden with mediterranean bushes and Green meadows; it is few meters away from the sea and its suggestive coast is adjacent to the Natural Reserve of Zingaro.It’s 30 km away from Palermo’s Airport, 4 km from Castellammare del Golfo where you can find all kind of services and do shopping: 2 km from Scopello and its lovely bars and restaurants. The villa is an independent structure with access to the beach. It is built up on two levels: on the first floor there is a wide and bright kitchen-dining room with sofa bed queen size. There are one queen bedded bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor there are two queen bedded bedrooms and a further bathroom. The house is surrounded by a wide veranda with outdoor furniture, external showers, barbecue and laundry room.
The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, heating and alarm system, washing machine, telephone and TV.
