Set on a small development in the up and coming area of Nabq, recent winner of Arabian properties award for 'Best Development in Egypt 2006' and set in attractive landscaped gardens overlooking large pool with two smaller pools nearby. The apartment consists of :- Bedroom 1 with king size bed and sliding doors leading out to the terrace so giving access from both the sitting room and the bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space and storage. A large mirror with vanity unit and hairdryer Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, ample storage, wardrobes and again mirror unit. Both have quiet air conditioning units. The well furnished lounge has sliding door to balcony/terrace area with sofa bed and and 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player, lamps, wall lights, a very relaxed & comfortable feel Open plan kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar, full oven and 4 ring hob plenty of cutlery, crockery, glas ware, pots, pans everything you could require for a self catering holiday. Bathroom with granite topped vanity unit, w.c., bath with over bath shower. The balcony/terrace is furnished with comfortable sofa, chairs and tables making the perfect extra space for the warm evenings. The complex has 24 hour security, a small supermarket and laundry room, (a large supermarket is only a few minutes taxi/bus journey away), barbeque area. It is looked after by helpful English/Arabic speaking staff who will do their best to help with any queries. We now have internet access available to guests for a small charge situated in the supermarket. A pool bar is now open by the large pool serving snacks and soft drinks. There are plenty of beautiful beaches in the area. The 5*Sea Club hotel is 750m from the apartment and here for a small charge all the facilities of the hotel and private beach are available. Here is an ideal place for snorkelling. Sharks Bay and Regency hotel are only a few minutes ride away and the same facilities are available here, transport being included in the charge. The complex is a few minutes away from the new shopping area of Nabq with several shops, restaurants and bars and supermarket. It is 10mins from Sharm El Sheikh international airport and 20 mins from the lively centre of Naama Bay. Here you will find all the restaurants bars, shopping and night life you could wish for. Old Sharm a few minutes further on retains the real Egyptian feel. This is where the local people do their shopping and here is the place to haggle for your bargains.. remember, the price they ask is never the price you will pay. Give it a try. Taxi's are widely available to get you around but please agree a price before you get in. Alternatively, try the local bus service. There are no bus stops just put out your hand to stop one. They are really cheap and it should not cost you any more than 2LE (20P)to Nabq and 5LE (50P) to Naama Bay. Sharm El Sheikh is world known for the wonderful scuba diving or snorkelling.. Many dive centres are available and offer everything for the beginner or experienced alike. Many other activities are easily available including, kite surfing, camel trekking, horse riding, quad bikes, banana boat rides, ice skating, Aqua park and bowling alley.. You will never be bored. Organised excursions can be arranged on the complex. Take a trek to the top of Mount Sinai to see the sun rise, a never to be forgotton experience, then visit St Catherine's monastary reputedly the site of Moses burning bush. Ras Mohamed national park for the fantastic coral formations and marine life. Trips can be arranged to Cairo and Luxor to experience this facinating country.
