A lovely cottage on picturesque Cooks Bay, Lake Simcoe just 45 minutes north of Toronto. Relax on the deck or beach, watch the sunsets, go swimming in the summer or X country skiing in the winter. The fishing is fantastic all year. In the winter walk out to ice fishing or rent a hut. When the ice is gone fish from the dock or in the open water. Boat rentals and fishing guides are available close by. Cooks Bay is host to many fishing tournaments both in the summer and winter. Deer Park Rd is justly named and is 5 minutes away where you can deer spot, there is also lots of other wildlife. All you need to bring is food & personal items. We are close to stores,restaurants and a hospital.
