We are located right in the center of the Fingerlakes on 400' of Cayuga Lakefront. We are at the beginning of the Cayuga Wine Trail.

Local attractions feature hiking, nature trails, swimming, great fishing, playground areas, a marina and boat launching site.Our annual summer concert series is also wonderful. The fall foliage then turns into winter hiking, ice-skating, sledding, cross-country skiing and a lot more.

Other interesting attractions: We are right at the beginning of the Cayuga Wine Trail on Rte: 89 and 15 minutes to the Seneca Wine Trail with 70+ Wineries, wonderful restaurants and lovely scenery. We are located 2 miles from the Village of Trumansburg, NY which has many Restaurants, Pizza Parlors, GREAT Chinese Food, 2 large Grocery Stores, Laundry Mats, Hair Salons, Gyms, GREAT Golf Course and lots more!

Taughannock State Park is 3 miles from us. Cornell University, Ithaca College are a 15 minute drive. Buttermilk Falls, Robert Treman State Park, Wells College, SUNY, Watkins Glen, Corning Glass Museum and much more are all within a 35 minute drive.

Payment, Refund, Cleaning and Damage Policy:

Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit is due within 7 business days of making the reservation. If it is not received within 7 business days, we reserve the right to re-rent the same.
Your balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival, if you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival we keep 100% of the rental money.

We will accept credit cards or PayPal for payment, but we must add up to 5% extra to your stay. Checks are the best way to pay!
We will need a credit card that we use only if you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival or the property (house, cottages or yurts) are left untidy and extra cleaning is needed ($125 is charged for extra cleaning), moved furniture is not put back where it goes (based on time @ $25 per hour) or damage is done, where we will charge your Credit Card for actual damages and time to fix or replace the broken or damaged item(s).

Refund Policy:
After we have received a 50% deposit for your rental reservation and if you let us know that you will not be able to make the reservation (more than 7 days before your arrival) in enough time to re-rent we will refund all but 10%. If we cannot re-rent the same we will keep the 50% deposit.

Pet Policy:
We welcome pets. We have a $50 per pet charge required with the deposit. Pets MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE. Dogs must always be leashed and picked up after. Again, if your pet sheds a lot or is smelly, and you don't vacuum and clean up all the hair and get rid of the smell you will be charged up to $50 extra for cleaning and smell removal. Any damage resulting from your pet will be charged to your credit card.

Honesty is GOOD!
We all know that things happen and things get broken by accident or may have been broken upon your arrival (our cleaning crew is good, but they do miss things from time to time), please let us know if something is broken when you arrive (we'll fix it or replace it ASAP) or if something happens during your stay and we will do our best to work with you to fix it or replace it for a fair price.
