Air conditioning hot & cold is included throughout. Cot and highchair on request. 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor so may be suitable for persons with limited mobility. Internet Access and Telephone/fax are available. A security deposit will be required (CY£50/week) plus a non-refundable set-up/management charge of CY£30. For bookings of 2 weeks or more there will be no set-up charge. Phone calls will be charged at cost. Pay there. The alarm system can be included (pre booked) free of charge on request. There will be a call-out charge of CY£30, which clients can avoid if they call the owner immediately if the alarm goes off by accident.Kingfisher double bedroom

We can arrange Car Hire or a taxi for you, and a friendly face to meet you at Paphos Airport. Pay there.
Rates
Refundable Damages Deposit £200 Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken. Rental includes: Air conditioning, hot & cold. (All year.) Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Pool towels are included. Please take your own beach towels. In addition to A/C heating, the villa has under floor central heating and heated towel rails. CY£15 per day, payable locally. Changeover day: Flexible but Sunday/Wednesday preferred, to fit in with bookings already taken. Occupancy is from 4pm. Vacate 12 midday.
