Breathtaking views of the sunset can be seen from most of the home and property. The best sunset views can be found from the patio, the dock, the sun-room, the second floor balcony, and the lakeside hammock.
A short boat-ride takes you to the towns of Chaffey's Lock or Newboro, where you can take a ride through the historic locks, or explore the quaint little towns. On this level, you can boat on six lakes without going through the locks.
The Rideau Lakes Region is a great place to explore. You can take advantage of the great fishing, boating, swimming, water-skiing, or lock through the historic canal system to the other attached lakes and towns. In the surrounding towns and cities there are also lots of activities, and events to participate in including, golf, historic tours, boat tours, shopping restaurants, area events, and lots more.

Gourmet kitchen includes everything that you need to entertain plus gourmet range/stove, side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, hot water butler, gourmet knife-block, serving trays, etc.
Home comes with an iPod docking station and an AM/FM receiver which are piped through the whole cottage.
