Casa De Las Lomas is situated in the hills above Mismaloya beach, South of Puerto Vallarta. It overlooks Banderas Bay, with a birds eye view of Los Arcos. This three bedroom villa situated in the Sierra Madre mountains sits in a tropical Paradise. The Casa comes fully equipped for 6 people, and is staffed with a maid and a gardener. With downtown Puerto Vallarta only a short 10 minute ride by taxi, you and your party have the choice of staying ‘home’ enjoying the privacy of relaxing in the jacuzzi, cooling off in the pool, watching the birds idly circling over head while you sip margaritas. Or take one of the secluded beach tours that leave by boat taxi from the bottom of the hill. Puerto Vallarta abounds with varying multitudes of activities to keep the most discerning person fulfilled and delighted. Puerto Vallarta has it all, from golf, fishing, sailing, horse riding, snorkeling, touring, nightclubs, shopping etc. etc. or merely dining in any one of the dozens of choice gourmet restaurants available.

Deposits:
The security deposit is $500, fully refundable if the house is taken care of during your stay.
Cancellations or Refunds:
All cancellations are subject to a US$100 cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates.

We will send you instructions to wire money to our account. Room rates include house rental and staffing. The security deposit is $500, fully refundable if the house is taken care of during your stay.
Payment Schedule
50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date.
