This is a Non - Smoking Studio.
Pets are not permitted in the rental under any condition. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT-A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure. PAYMENTS-Advance payments equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 45 days before arrival. (consideration for booking with less notice). The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Final payments due 14 days prior to arrival.
Please make payments in the form of travelers checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks and PayPal The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
