We just completed a deep clean and redecoration in preparation for fall and winter season! Spend a few days or a few weeks at the beach! The “5th” Wave condo is located in St. Pete Beach, Florida and is in a 19-unit security gated complex called The Waves which was totally renovated in 2004 with all the latest upgrades! It is a cozy but deluxe one bedroom, one bath corner-unit on the ground floor overlooking a large heated pool and patio and just over a block, or less than 500 steps to the sand and the Gulf of Mexico! This condo is closest to the pool parking,the beach trolley stop, shops, restaurant, on-site laundry facillites, and most importantly, the walk to the beach! The condominium comes fully furnished with a king sized bed in the bedroom and full size sleeper sofa in the living area to sleep a total of 4. Gaze out at the tropical patio and pool in the kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator with water dispenser and icemaker, a built-in microwave, full-size oven and range, dishwasher, and granite counter tops! There are also barbeque grills at poolside for outdoor dining. This condo comes completely stocked with all linens other than beach towels as well as all dishes and necessary kitchen supplies. For your indoor entertainment,there are two televisions, DVD/VHS, stereo, CD player, books, magazines and games. The laundry facilities are right next to your unit for your convenience. There is assigned parking for two cars, but you won’t even want to drive as you are walking distance to the beach, the Historic Corey Avenue Shopping district as well as many wonderful restaurants of various cuisines. But most important, you are less than 500 steps, or a three minute walk to a beautiful day at the beach or a gorgeous west coast sunset!
