The kids (& adults) will enjoy the pool area of this home. It has a sitting area in the pool with a table & an umbrella for shading....the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing beverage on a hot summer day! Also, this home has a covered patio & outdoor patio set seating 6-8.

**HOLIDAYS.... $275 a day (4 night min)
**** Memorial Day, Labor Day & 4th July ****

* Scat-Trac in October is $1,095 a week or $175 a night

* WINTER rates: January & February are $1,695 a month
(add $100 for only one month stay)

** Fully refundable "security deposit" required.

** Cleaning fee $69 - $89 (depends on #guests & length of stay).

** Credit card & ATM thru Pay Pal (+2%)..or send check/money order.
** Smoking permitted outside only.
