Intial deposit of $400 required to hold reservation. Deposits are fully REFUNDABLE prior to 30 days before start of lease. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, within 30 days of start of lease. Total rent is due two (4) weeks prior to occupancy and, except for security deposit, is NON-REFUNDABLE unless house can be rented to another tenant. Security deposit of $400 will be required. Linenes, Sheets, Towels, Cleaning, and miscellaneous, sadly went up this year to $260 all-inclussive. Note: Months of July and August require 4-night minimums. Spring/Fall..Inquire about shoulder season specials. . 10% county tax.
