The dining & kitchen areas are part of the great room, and a powder room with shower is adjacent. Upstairs is the large air-conditioned master bedroom, with sitting area & oceanview porch with hammock. On the lower level of the main house is a large air-conditioned game room with ping-pong table, queen sleeper-sofa, large-screen 33-channel Cable TV, and books & games for family entertainment. This room also opens to an oceanview deck. Three other smaller air-conditioned bedrooms are located in the adjacent 2-story pavilion, 1 upstairs (with additional futon accessed via a loft ladder), and the other 2 on the lower level (1 of which has an additional sofa bed). All 3 bedrooms open onto oceanview decks, and have outside entrances. Though not a deluxe villa, Sunset Point has numerous amenities for an enjoyable vacation, including a step-in pool (with incredible sunset views), high-speed internet, large-screen TV, hairdryers in every bedroom, and a washer/dryer. For the athletically inclined, a steep ladder leads down the bluff to the turquoise waters at your feet. Best of all, a delightful crescent-shaped white sand beach & private tennis courts are only a 4-minute walk from the villa. Sunset Point is less than 10 minutes from the Provo airport and is within easy proximity to restaurants, shops, 18-hole golf, and watersport activities. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the villa's odd layout with numerous steps, exterior multi-level deck stairs, dropoffs, and bedrooms in different sections & on various levels (with outside entrances), Sunset Point is not recommended for kids under 10. A/C is available for a nominal surcharge based on usage (via a separate, easy-to-read meter) - however, tradewinds all year round provide ample, cooling breezes, making A/C unnecessary. Additional maid service is available for approximately $7/hour with a 3-hr minimum. 14-NIGHT MINIMUM over Christmas/New Years.
