La Papaye (AYE) is a truly elegant house in the Domaine de Levant. Lovely gardens in the front of the villa lead to an interior that is very French in design with all amenities. There are terracotta tiles throughout with antiques, oriental rugs and mahogany furniture. The lovely water hyacinth sofas covered in yellows and contrasting pinks only add to this exceptional villa. The gourmet kitchen is to the right of the living room. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is to the left of living room with a huge bath consisting of double sinks and showers. There are breathtaking views from the pool area over the bay with great sunset views. Around the pool are several sitting areas consisting of heavy bamboo. The shared Domaine du Levant tennis courts are walking distance and located right by the beach. During High Season full daily maid service every day including Sundays and official days off, continental breakfast daily, turn down service in the evening, ironing, all soft drinks and concierge service. **A 14 night stay is required over Christmas/New Years and in Low Season. * Bedroom 03: Next door to bedroom #2 with two beds can be pushed together to make a king with mosquito netting and ocean view (French Satellite Big Screen TV).
* Bedroom 04: Located in separate cottage the two large twin beds that are pushed together with large mosquito net covering both - 2 closets and ocean view.
* Dining Room: Located off the living area with lots of antiques and opening to terrace.
* Garden: Beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the pool area.
* Kitchen: The galley kitchen is located to the right upon entering the villa,very well equipped with large breakfast bar and a powder room.
* Living Room: Living room with antiques and artifacts, done in coral, pink and yellow, as well as plantation chairs. Opens to covered terrace and view.
