The fully air-conditioned main floor has 5 beautifully appointed king bedrooms. The king master suite has a media/sitting area & double shower w/benched seating. One of the bedrooms is also outfitted w/a 2-twin trundle bed (additional charge), perfect for children. The spacious Great Room features a high cypress ceiling encompassing the living, media & dining areas, and opens to a balcony with panoramic views of Magens Bay. The main level also includes an office nook w/computer, printer & fax just off the kitchen.

The lower levels feature the pool & massage deck, and two 1-bedroom king suites (Pool & Beach Suites*), each w/kitchenette, sitting room & balcony. *PLEASE NOTE: unless you choose the entire 7-bedroom rate, the villa's part-time manager may occasionally stay in the Beach Suite, but will not use the pool or beach. Access to this suite is by the pool area.

Multiple sunning/viewing decks wind their way down to the ocean's edge, where on calm days you can enjoy superb snorkeling on live coral reefs. A perfect silver strand of white sand edges Coral Gardens Beach Estate's shoreline (this pocket beach may on rare occasions disappear with weather & seasons).

Coral Gardens Beach Estate's rates are for up to 14 people using 7 bedrooms; if you need a 15th & 16th person (in trundle bed), please ask your Wimco agent for the additional charge. For larger parties (up to 20 people), Coral Gardens Beach Estate may be combined with adjacent 2-bedroom sister property "Secret Gardens" (MA SEC) with shared parking area. Please ask your agent for the special combined pricing.

**Over Thanksgiving & Christmas/New Years, Coral Gardens Beach Estate & Secret Gardens MUST be rented together: the list price is for both villas, sleeping a total of 18-20 people - security deposit is $1500 during these periods.

Please note: 7-nt minimum for Coral Gardens Beach Estate all year round, except 10-nt minimum Xmas/New Years.
