There is access by local bus (bus stop right across from the main entrance to the condos). It is a five minute walk to Mismaloya Village where there are several good restaurants and small grocery stores. This newly renovated condo has a King bed in the master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, marble floors throughout and many extras. The La Jolla de Mismaloya condominium is a gated complex, providing 24 hour security. The complex has a swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, a tennis court, and an exercise room. The "Maria Bonita" patio restaurant is in operation during the high season. Rental fee includes maid service every third day. Daily maid service can be arranged for an additional fee. Walk along Mismaloya Beach and stop at one of the palapas on the beach and have a drink or eat lunch. Swim or snorkel in the bay. Most water sports and fishing charters can be arranged on the beach. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Suitable for 2 persons - no children please.
