The South Seas Tower III, #1607 is a nicely furnished and comfortable privately owned vacation rental condominium located at the South Seas Club on Marco Island, Florida.

Relax in tropical splendor while gazing at sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! This two bedroom, 2 bath unit is fully furnished and provides everything you'll need for your island stay....just bring your swimsuit and sunglasses!

The unit provides accommodation for up to six guests, with a king bed in the master suite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room for an additional two guests. There are two full baths in the unit as well.

The South Seas Club is located at the beach on Marco Island, Florida. There 24-hour security and a guard gate. The complex is nicely landscaped and features lots of tropical trees and flowers. Walkways lead to the beach, around the property and over to the tennis club and bay. There is covered (garage) parking. A fitness room is available, and tennis courts may be reserved for an hourly fee. There is a (seasonally) heated swimming pool, and a boardwalk out to the sand!
