In the winter season a shuttle stops right outside the project and in the warmer season you are just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and the movie theatres. This fully refurbished three bedroom/two bathroom condo has a woodsy feel paired with modern accommodations; new carpeting, hardwood floors, and fresh paint give this unit an elegant touch. The bathrooms have all new tiled floors and showers along with granite countertops. Each bedroom has new contemporary, cabin-style furniture with attractive quilted bedding. Every bedroom has a TV, many with built-in VCR/DVD combos. The kitchen is quite an eye-pleaser complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all new dining and cookware. Just off of the kitchen is a large pine dining table with seating room for eight. Opening up from the kitchen is the spacious living room with a large sectional sofa and a gorgeous entertainment center full of board games and a TV with a built-in VCR/DVD combo. A lovely feature of this unit is the oversized deck with a barbeque, that offers a spectacular view of the Sherwin Mountains as well as the tennis court, pool and spa, and large grassy picnic area all ideal for a sunny summer day! This unit does not offer internet access.

Winter rates are; midweek $285, weekend $335, holiday $385-$435 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials. The summer rate is $215 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more.
