The unit is cozy with a wood burning fireplace, TV/VCR/stereo with CD player and a well equipped kitchen. The decor is woodsy with cute mountain accents and there's a sunny balcony perched above the courtyard. Other amenities at Sunshine Village are; heated pool/ tennis courts in the summer, spa and sauna year round, nice rec-area with a pool table and arcade games. There is also a play area for the kids and video rentals at the office. Sunshine Village homeowners ask that you please use the common area BBQ, private BBQ's are not allowed on decks. FREE long distance is offered with this unit. This unit does not offer internet access.The summer rate for this unit is $130 per night with discounts of 10-30% for four nights or more. Winter rates are; midweek $160, weekend $200, holidays are $230 to $260 per night.
