The house was constructed in 1865. It has been City council and medical clinic. She is totally reconstructed following faithfully the canons of the time, as much in materials used as in constructive techniques.
The house has capacity for a maximum of 10 people and consists of 5 rooms: 1 triple, 3 doubles and 1 individual one. All the rooms with windows to the outside. It arranges in addition to central heating. The distribution of the house is the following one:

Garden with tables, banks and barbecue and outer terrace with panoramic views to the town and the mountain.
Ground floor with cleanliness, living room with chimney, cooks totally equipped and hungry with great table for 10 people.
In the first plant we found two double rooms with beds of 150 cm, one with terrace and other with direct access to the terrace. In this plant there is also a complete bath with bathtub of hydromassage.
In the second plant there is a living room with views, library and three rooms: one doubles with two beds of 80 cm; a triple with beds of 150 and 90 cm and one individual one with a bed of 120 cm. In this plant there is also a complete bathroom with shower.
