This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a great wraparound balcony with lots of privacy and great views of Santa Rosa Island, the Gulf of Mexico, and Sound. This corner unit is located on the 8th floor of Tristan Towers. It is perfect for a family beach gathering this summer. The Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. The 8th floor provides view up and down the island of both the Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is newy re-decorated in beach casual and has views from every room. There are two bedrooms (1Q, 1K), a living and dining area, a kitchen and laundry room. It has approximately 1250 square feet of space. It sleeps a total of six people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Cable TV, and local phone service is included in the price. The Tristan Towers complex has tennis courts and an Olympic sized swimming pool with a club house, BBQ grill and outdoor showers. There is a boardwalk that connects the pool and clubhouse to a private beach directly on Santa Rosa Sound. All guests and owners have use of the private fishing pier behind the unit. You can ride, walk, or rollerblade from one end of the island to the other on a dedicated bike path that is outside the complex. There are good restaurants, shopping and clubs within walking distance. You can bring your boats or jet skis and leave them on the private fishing pier behind the condos. A two night deposit on a credit card is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due within 45 days of arrival. The minimum age to rent is 25 years – who must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation. No student groups allowed. This is a no smoking unit. Condominium regulations prohibit pets, skates, skateboards, and motorized scooters on the property. A $75.00 cleaning fee is added to the rental cost plus 11.5% sales tax. Summer rentals generally require a seven night minimum. Some exceptions will be made for last minute bookings.
