Importantly, this is one of the few units with a/c in both the living area and bedroom. It's in the "quiet building," furthest back from any road noise.Major kitchen and bath upgrades were accomplished during June '06. In addition to air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom, two mesmerizing overhead fans distribute the cool air evenly. A new, firm, queen size mattress was installed in 2005. One of three swimming pools on the property is within 75 ft. of the lanai. For tennis, six individually enclosed Plexipave® championship courts (two per building) are just footsteps away. Racquet and ball rentals are available at the front desk. For golfers, the three world class courses at Wailea and the two at Makena are just minutes away. Dining out?
