This deposit guarantees your reservation for the entire period requested. It guarantees also partial payment for any damages to the apartment or to its contents during your stay. The entire amount left as reservation/security deposit will be refunded in full, on the date of departure, after verification that the apartment and all its contents are in the same condition as on date of arrival. You will be taken to Paypal's secured payments website and the transaction will appear on your monthly credit card bill. The rent is payable at your arrival, in cash or traveller's cheques in Canadian money.
