There are lovely views of the medieval castle, church and sea. Inviting restaurants and bars spill out onto the streets surrounding the market square which is close to a safe, sandy beach.
All this is within five minutes walking distance from the apartment through Cassis’ narrow cobbled streets.

The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building surrounded by shady palm trees and pines.
Situated in the town centre, 300m from the nearest beach and 200m from the port, everything is within walking distance.
There is also a butcher, baker, pharmacy and newsagent just across the road close to a convenient car park.

The Callanques, a national park, are Provencal fjords with crystal clear green water. Framed by white lime stone cliffs and the deep blue of the ocean, secret beaches await discovery. It’s easy to catch a boat from Cassis (they leave every half hour) and be dropped off in a Callanques. Where it is fun to picnic, dive and sunbathe. A renowned diving spot with Roman wrecks, preserved flora and fauna is a half hour boat trip out to sea.
The Callanques is a world famous rock-climbing site. Even if you do not climb it is always amusing to watch climbers struggle up the cliffs.

Cassis produces a famous white wine the result of a long tradition since 600 BC.
Various Chateaux welcome wine lovers and offer free tasting.

Fun day trips are close at hand in Marseille, an ancient Phoenician port, or Aix where music and dance festivals take place.

Booking Period
The apartment is let on a weekly basis, i.e.: Saturday-to-Saturday.

Arrival and Departure
To allow for the cleaning of the apartment please arrive between 16.00 and 18.00 and not later than 19.00. The apartment must be vacated by 1030am on the day of departure.

Payment
Your booking is confirmed when we have received either half or the total sum..
If you decide to pay in two instalments, the second half must be paid three months
before your arrival date

Cancellation
If you have to cancel over one month before the booked date we will refund 70 % of total payment. If we are given less than one months notice then we make no refund.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

Visitor Obligation
The visitor undertakes to keep the apartment and all the furniture, fixtures and effects
in the same condition as at the commencement of the booking period.
Breakages and damages must be reported as soon as possible to the key holder.
Please do not smoke in the apartment.

Children and Pets
We provide a cot and a high chair These are free of charge but must be requested in advance. Please note that visitors must bring their own cot bedding. The cot is only suitable for a baby aged 24 months or less. Please ask us before bringing a pet. Please do not allow them on the beds or leave them unattended.

Loss of visitor property
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any of your belongings.

Deposit
When you arrive you need to leave a deposit with the key holder of either 200 US dollars in cash or travellers cheque or 200 Euros in cheque or cash.
Your deposit will be returned to you upon your departure.
