Salé, the city
Villa Yasmine is located on the outskirts of Salé, the satellite village of Rabat. Rabat is the main capital and governmental city of Morocco. Salé is the city where the Royal family resides, it has a nice sea climate. Salé is north of Rabat and Rabat and Salé are divided by a river, the Bouregreh. Rabat and Salé are packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest, also in the neighborhood you find several family friendly beaches.
Our villa is in a recently build calm area on the outskirts of Salé at the Coastline.
In the vicinity there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports including sailing, windsurfing and swimming. There are also several excellent golf courses nearby. The nearby towns of Rabat, Salé and Kenitra are great for shopping and are packed with museums and art galleries as well as other attractions as the Exotic Gardens of Bouknadel, The Kasbah des Oudayas, the Mohamed V mausoleum and Hassan Tower
Villa Yasmine
Large, comfortable, colorful house with a direct view onto the Atlantic ocean.The house has 5 bedrooms (all air conditioned) , 4 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 independent kitchens, 3 bathrooms (all with toilets, 1 with bathtub and 2 with douche), it has several balconies a large roof-terrace and a large garage. 4 of the bedrooms have wall-mounted closets, 4 of the bedrooms have double beds, one has 2 single beds. The villa is situated in a calm (tranquil) area in the sub-urbs of Salé.
Due to the way the villa is set-up it is superb for groups or families. The villa is divided in 2 apartments, this feature implicates that 2 families can stay in the villa and still have separate private spaces. rental rates and clausules
No reservation will be confirmed without a down payment and prior agreement on rental conditions. Rental rates vary according to seasons and include basic utilities.
On arrival there will be a full gas supply in the gas-bottles. When this supply is empty you will have to change it. The moment you leave the villa we will ask you to leave a full supply of gas in the bottles again.
food and drink are at your expense. The villa has a guardian / concierge who is staying 24 / 7 in the house in the villa (ground floor and top floor apartment together) we can accept up to 10 adults and a couple of children (more information to be received on demand)

High speed (3G+) WIFI internet is available! please inform us if you want to use it... The villa is equipped with a safe to safely store your money / jewelry and passports / tickets etc.......
All bedrooms in the villa are AIRCONDITIONED.
When you rent the whole villa or the topfloor appartment you can use our set-up pool on the top-floor terrace..... Smoking inside the house is stricly prohibited! The house has several balconys and terraces on wich smoking is allowed...... T
he owner of the house has strict rules about the use of drugs.....they are prohibited also!
Please DO NOT use drugs (e.g. hash) on our premisses, consummation of drugs could mean we decide to remove you and your party from our premisses without any refunding.....
