Enjoy watching the dolphins swim and the breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony. The bedroom has a king size bed and full bath and there is a half bath in the hallway. The Living room is very spacious with a queen size sleeper sofa and over sized chair. Balcony has a table with 4 high back stools as well as regular out door chairs.
The facility has been completely remodeled and has, three elevators, a large lobby and conference room with kitchen. Perdido Sun has 300 feet of beach with beach service. There is a new (2007) fitness center with showers, gas grills, large outdoor pool, Phone with unlimited long distance in US and Canada, unit contains folding beach chairs for renters use on beach, indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are on a patio, on the east side of the facility. There is a new shopping center is located directly across the street. We are walking distance to Johnson Beach State Park, and close to an air museum, historic light house and forts.
