Kap's Place is a home away from yours and much more. Behind a plain garage door a colorful garden terrace, with inviting hammocks, welcomes you. As you begin to unwind in this haven, you realize you have reached the perfect get-a-way guests refer to as "back home". The official name, Kap's Place, stands for Knowledge, Accommodation & Personalized Service but it is rarely used because according to our guests, you soon feel like you are home.

Room charges must be paid in advance or at the time of check-in. Room charges & payments for reservations are non-refundable and will not be applied to visits for dates other than what has been specified on the receipt. Full charges will apply for no shows.
All guest must leave a US$100 security deposit at the checking. Check in time is at 2:00 p.m., check out time is 11:00 a.m. Please confirm reservations 2 days prior to the arrival to guarantee your space. Visitors of guests are allowed on the property only if accompanied by the guest and must remain in the common areas at all times. Visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests CANNOT have sleep over visitors. Incoming calls are transferred to your rooms from 8 a.m. to 08 p.m. After that time, we will take messages and give them to you during scheduled "receiving" hours.
