Le Clos Castel is owned by the Ramsbottom family who are originally from Lancashire. Our home is situated 45 minutes from the port of Cherbourg or 60 minutes from the port of Caen.We are ideally situated for you to explore all the D-Day beaches our closest being Omaha and Utah. You can reach the impressive "Dead Mans Corner Museum" within a ten minute easy drive. Not forgetting to leave time to absorb the historic cities of Caen and Bayeux and the magnificent Bayeux tapestry. All our rooms are en-suite with tea & coffee making facilities. Meals are served in the guest dining room and you can spend your evening relaxing in the guest lounge. Packed lunches and evening meals available on request.
