This very charming apartment is located, at the beginning of rue Saintonge in the best part of Le Marais district, close to the famous Place des Vosges, the Square du Temple and all the trendy shops of rue du Bretagne.
The apartment, situated at the third floor via stairs, is very well furnished. The wide living room show a wide cupboard of 18th century, a dining table for 4/6 people, an elegant divan and a comfortable sofa-bed (140cmx200cm) for 2 people and minor furniture. The kitchenette is equipped with electric burners, oven, fridge, dishwater, a stainless-steel sink, electric kettle and coffee maker. The bedroom offers a queen-size double bed, a wide cupboard etc.
The tiled bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower with handheld showerhead and a toilet. Heating and gas heater provides hot water as much as you like. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine.
This apartment is suitable for a 2 couples but also for a family (parents + 2 children).
The nearest metro stations are Fille du Calvaire (line 9), Temple (line 3) and Hotel de Ville (line 1).
